The successful applicant will work with H. H. Dow High School debate students, parents, and stakeholders to develop and sustain a strong team of speakers and debaters.  This will be achieved by assisting students in learning strategies and honing skills for effective communication in general and for effective performances in speech and debate events in particular.

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to nurture a culture of diversity, respect, compassion, intellectual curiosity, hard work, resilience, and leadership.

Practices are 3-4 times per week. Tournament schedule is to be determined but will include weekends and travel.
